Returns and Refunds

Direct Purchases

Returns are accepted for 30 days after the delivery date if the returned item is in new or resalable condition with all accessories. Please contact us first before shipping. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. A full refund will be issued minus international shipping (if applicable) and a 5% processing fee.

If you need a refund or cancellation such as an incorrect shipping address, we charge a 5% processing fee. Unfortunately, PayPal does not return the fees we pay at the time of purchase when we issue a refund which is why we charge a 5% processing fee.

If you paid in a currency other than USD, your refund may be for a different amount in your local currency due to exchange rate differences between the time you paid and the time of the refund.

Marketplace Purchases (Amazon & Ebay)

Return policy is as described on that marketplace.


Warranty and Support

Support

If you are having problems, please contact us for assistance in troubleshooting. We will provide best effort to resolve any software or hardware problems for as long as we still sell the same SKU or for at least 5 years from the purchase date, whichever is longer.

Warranty

Unless otherwise specified, if your device fails under normal operation we will troubleshoot, repair, rebuild, or replace it for up to 2 years from the purchase date. Prototypes, early access beta hardware, or similar pre-production items are not covered by this warranty.

If we find you have modified the device, used it in an unsupported environment, or find damage caused by use outside its specifications this warranty will not apply, however we will provide a repair cost estimate to you if desired. Examples of this include signs of over voltage, ESD, moisture, lightning, or mechanical damage.

Customer pays shipping costs to return the device to us but we will provide complementary shipping back to you if within the USA. International shipping costs are not included for warranty repair.

If are having problems, please contact us for assistance in troubleshooting prior to shipment, some problems can be resovled remotely.
