USA

Shipping Policy

All purchases from CenterClick ship from our headquarters in New Hampshire.

In most cases, orders prior to 2PM Eastern on weekdays will be sent out the same day by USPS Ground Advantage or UPS Ground and include tracking numbers. Direct orders include free shipping.

Sales Tax

CenterClick is headquartered in Tax-Free New Hampshire. We have no presence in and are below sales thresholds in all other States.

We do not charge Sales Tax for direct purchases from any State, however you may be required to pay Use Tax or similar to your home State if your situation requires it.

Amazon and Ebay Orders

If you purchase through a Amazon or Ebay, those marketplaces may charge you Sales Tax as they are acting as a Marketplace Facilitator.

Canada

Shipping Policy

If you would like to purchase directly from us and are located in Canada, please use the Order form below if possible, or request an estimate.

Economy shipping uses a combination of USPS and Canada Post. Expedited shipping uses UPS or DHL.

GST and HST

CenterClick qualifies as a 'small supplier' under the Canada Revenue Agency and as such does not collect taxes at the time of sale. If you buy directly from us, you will need to pay your normal federal/provincial sales tax rate to release your shipment from Customs and are responsible for that payment directly. Depending on the carrier and level of service, you may also be charged a Brokerage Fee.

Refunds will not be issued if your shipment is held or destroyed by Customs. Our products are generally exempt from additional duties under the USMCA.

If you have a Tax Account or ID number you would like us to list on the customs form, please provide it at payment time as this can simplify the import process. Direct purchases are shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid).

Amazon Canada

If you purchase through Amazon Canada, your purchase price will include GST and HST. Orders are shipped via DHL and sent DDP (Duty Paid).

Canada Order Form

The order form below can be used for purchase of 1 to 4 units for either Economy or Expedited shipping. Economy shipping is a fixed fee of $6 USD per order and expedited shipping starts at $25 USD, both include full end-to-end tracking.

We have implemented this order form to handle these common cases, if you would like to order larger quantity, please request an estimate and we can create a custom order for you. If the PayPal checkout isn't working correctly, you would like to know a guaranteed delivery date for expedited shipping, or you have questions please contact us for help.

Other International

Shipping Policy

If you would like to purchase directly from us and are located outside of the USA and Canada, please use the Order form below if possible, or request an estimate. Shipping to most other countries is around $10 USD for economy service and contains partial or full end-to-end tracking depending on country. Expedited shipping is also available for an additional cost and generally $30-$40 USD, just let us know if you are interested.

Economy shipping uses a combination of the Asendia shipping network for the International portion and your local postal service for destination country delivery. Expedited shipping uses UPS or DHL.

VAT, Customs Duties, and Tax

Depending on what country you are in, you may need to pay VAT, duties, or other taxes and fees to release your shipment from Customs and are responsible for that payment directly.

Refunds will not be issued if your shipment is held or destroyed by Customs.

If you have a Tax Account or ID number you would like us to list on the customs form, please provide it at payment time as this can simplify the import process. We ship DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid).

Ebay International Shipping

If you purchase through Ebay using their International Shipping service, we will ship your order to the USA Ebay processing center and they will redirect via an International carrier of their choice. We will not have visability to tracking information after it is delivered to the USA processing center.

Note that Ebay's International shipping service uses many of the same Economy carriers that we do and it is usually less expensive to order directly from us.

International Order Form

We generally stock the following power supplies, all are 100-240VAC 50/60Hz capable:

• USA 'Type A' (non-polarized NEMA 1-15)
• Europe 'Type C' (CEE 7/16 Alternative II "Europlug")
• UK 'Type G'
• Australia 'Type I' (non-grounded)

The order form below can be used if:

1. You want to purchase 1 to 4 units, AND
2. You want to use economy shipping (generally 2-4 weeks), AND
3. You are shipping to one of the following Countries:
   Australia, Austria, Belarus, Belgium, Brazil, Bulgaria, Colombia, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Georgia, Germany, Gibraltar, Greece, Hong Kong, Hungary, Iceland, India, Indonesia, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Lebanon, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malaysia, Malta, Mexico, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Saudi Arabia, Serbia, Singapore, Slovakia, Slovenia, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Taiwan, Thailand, Turkey, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom, Vietnam

If you meet the above requirements, shipping is a fixed fee of $10 USD per order including full end-to-end tracking.

We have implemented this order form to handle common cases listed above, if you would like to order larger quantity, use expedited shipping (usually 3-5 days), or need to ship to another country, please request an estimate and we can create a custom order for you. Country of Origin

Our products are designed, assembled, and tested in the USA from foreign sourced components and modules.

The external accessories (power supply and GPS antenna) are Made in China.
